Catalogue Marketplace acts as your company's shopping centre. Clever, quick and practical – one-stop shopping! The module can be used independently, together with the ERP system or as part of the Purchase to Pay solution.
The procedure
Catalogue Marketplace is where you find your suppliers of goods. Its powerful search feature always provides useful search results when searching for products. You can also use the favourites list to choose frequently ordered products – just to mention one of the many features you would expect from a user-friendly and efficient catalogue solution.
When the shopping basket is full, your order is created. Before the order is submitted to the supplier, you may perform approval and advance entry. The supplier then receives the order and may choose to receive the order in Evenex Online. Here the supplier may "turn" the order into an invoice to reuse the information. This eliminates error sources and provides efficient purchase management. An advantage to both you and your supplier.
From Catalogue Marketplace to the specialty supplier's webshop
The solution uses an already large base of suppliers naturally adapted to your company. Suppliers of both strategic and non-strategic goods are available with complete electronic catalogues. The main point is that suppliers and goods are adapted to your company according to the purchasing manager's directions.
Some suppliers have specially developed webshops due to complex goods configurations etc. From Catalogue Marketplace you just click the supplier's logo to access it using a so-called link out. You decide which supplier to access with link out. After the product search your workflow automatically continues.
