It is a clear trend that customers want self-service when the relevant tools are available. Evenex focuses on this and provides various tools – both web applications and Client Software – to fulfil the demands for self-service.
Easy, user-friendly solutions
An example of our self-service solution is our web solution. It enables you as a customer to check the status of the electronic file transmissions. once you've logged into the system, a list of all shipments is displayed, indicating status and if any document has failed. Another example is the option of entering a service report yourself. It gives you online insight in the process of your support task and access to all previous service tasks.
