Evenex has developed an efficient concept to enable all the company's suppliers. The programme is set up to make it both faster, cheaper and easier to get started for the typically smaller partners who, until now, have been reluctant to implement the programme. With a targeted and focused effort, Evenex – by approval from the customer – establishes digital connections creating savings for both the customer and the customer's partners.

Short payback time

For companies who over time have used electronic file handling, the 80/20 rule often applies. 80 percent of the turnover comes from 20 percent of the partners (typically called the strategic suppliers).

But for electronic file handling, the 80/20 rule is ”reversed.” 80 percent of the electronic files and transactions do not come from the 20 percent most important suppliers, but from the numerous and often smaller suppliers. So it makes great sense to ”enable” these suppliers. Non-digital transactions requiring manual handling weigh heavily in the company's process costs. Therefore, the payback time for a partner enabling program is typically very short.
