When trust is a matter of security

Trust is a matter of a high security level both for communication and file handling. Therefore Evenex employs the latest version of safe technologies to obtain robust communications and premium security in file handling and data processing. This supports your prioritization of security and responsibility.

Encryption and certificates

There are two ways to protect data and files. By encrypting the data line – e.g. a VPN line – or by encrypting of the data itself before transmission over the line, i.e. certificate encryption. Evenex provides you with both options. Encryption is used to protect the transport and exchange of files against uninvited guests (a hacker, for instance), preventing them from intercepting and changing data during transmission.

Key-only access

The Evenex network is a Trusted Network to which no one has access without a key. This means you have to be known (using a password and a sender ID) as well as communicate through a safe communication form and connection.

Operating safety

Networks and systems are available to our customers 24/7/365, and operating security is therefore crucial. Evenex invests considerable resources in ensuring this. All systems are doubled by a mirrored operations centre. Added to this, we have double feeding of data lines to each operations centre through two different exchanges. Each operations centre has a UPS and emergency generator protecting against power failure. Together, it means that Evenex guarantees operating security.
