Our ServiceDesk is manned 24 hours a day, all year round
Opening hours depend on your service contract.
- Weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm (Friday 3:30 pm) – open to all
- Weekdays from 8 am to 10 pm – open to customers with an ”Extended” service contract
- All days 24/7/365 – open to customers with a ”Premium” service contract
Outside normal opening hours, customers with a ”Extended” and ”Premium” service contract must use the hotline number indicated in the service agreement. Please have your agreement number ready when calling, so that we may help you faster.
Our ServiceDesk provides support according to the individual agreement including shipment tracking, file reporting on errors, operational warnings etc.
