The Danish Government implements IndFak
IndFak, the Danish Government´s procurement and invoicing system, was established by the Danish Agency for Governmental Management (Økonomistyrelsen) and is supplied by Evenex. Today, IndFak is used by several ministries, agencies and independent government institutions. The Agency for Governmental Management approved the delivery of the IndFak system on June 29, 2010. The ongoing rollout of the IndFak solution follows the Agency’s ’Four-leaf Clover’ project in the ministries. IndFak is also available to all other government institutions.
The solution
IndFak allows users to handle the process of both procurement and invoice handling in a combined system, and the solution integrates with the Government’s financial system. Using IndFak’s best-practice processes, governmental clients can gain a better overview of their procurements and manage these. Finding items in the electronic catalogs is easy and fast, and because the system replaces manual processes, it’s a time saver, too. IndFak also handles the entering and approval of invoices, so that payments aren’t made until the items have been delivered. IndFak provides you with a better overview of your procurement, more powerful disposition statements and thereby improved financial management.
Suppllier to the Danish Government
As a supplier to the public sector you are already familiar with its requirement for electronic invoices. Using IndFak’s supplier module, you can now also receive electronic orders straight from your clients. The days of orders by e-mail, phone and fax are over! The solution is simple: Make your items and services available in a digital catalog for your customers to order from. From the supplier module you can easily send the order-based invoice directly.
