Now larger than the MACH business in Denmark, Evenex ApS becomes an independent legal entity on 18 July, 2011.
2010
Evenex emerges as new company name on 16 August. The change reflects the transformation process of better matching market needs and customer requirements moving towards “Clever Relations”.

PROGRATOR|gatetrade buys Norwegian Atento AS and enters strategic partnership with Swedish Aditro.

MACH ApS buys gatetrade.net a/s and merges gatetrade.net a/s with Progrator. The new joint name is PROGRATOR|gatetrade.

New owner - MACH ApS, including Progrator, is sold to Warburg Pincus. Change of name from MACH Dan Net to MACH. The EDI and integration business is now marketed as Progrator. Roaming solutions continued under the name MACH.

Advent International and Providence Equity Partners buy Dan Net, and MACH and Dan Net merge.

Takeover of EDI activities from Hands A/S.

Buys shareholding in CargoGlobe.net - an e-market place for transport and logistics.

TDC buys all shares in Dan Net.

Sale of the business unit delivering IT consulting services to WM-data AB.

Takeover of ComLink A/S, the largest EDI competitor in Denmark. Establishes ROAMEO data clearing solutions for roaming of GSM calls.

Takeover of the production of the Danish part of IBM Information Network. Establishes IT consulting services.

Takeover of the Dankort credit card division from Rovsing A/S.
1987
Dan Net establishes a joint venture between IBM Denmark and KTAS (TDC) focusing on network services.
